Buy it from the shop
Pick an item, buy it online and have it delivered to school. It's held for you for 48 hours so nobody buys it twice. If 5 are wanted, you can buy just 2.
Free for PTAs, schools and parents

Three simple steps. No training needed.
Paste a link from a shop and add it to your class's wishlist. For many shops, the name, picture and price fill in by themselves. The PTA can add a Whole school list too.
Share the page in your class WhatsApp group. Parents buy an item and have it sent to school, or pledge any amount towards it. Nobody needs an account.
When it arrives, it goes on your school's Good news feed by itself, so families can see exactly what they helped buy.

Pledge any amount, then pay it on your PTA's own payment page with a reference. Bigger things, like a class tablet, get funded a little at a time.
Every school gets its own Good news feed. Things bought from the wishlists appear by themselves, and the PTA can post fundraising news, photos and how much was raised.
It's a lovely thing to share in the newsletter, and it reminds families that every little bit helps.
Your PTA pays Β£0. Parents never pay anything extra. That's how Leafcutter pays for itself.
No. Parents just open the link. If they'd like an email reminder of what they've chosen, they can leave their email, and it's only used for that.
No. Parents who buy something pay the shop. Parents who pledge pay your PTA directly, on your own payment page, using a reference. The PTA marks pledges as received.
Any shop with a website, from big online stores to local suppliers. Teachers paste the link to the item.
When a parent says they're buying something, it's held for them for 48 hours, so others can see someone's on it. If several are wanted, each parent says how many they're buying.
Teachers can change their own class's list, and PTA admins can change everything. Every change is recorded, so the PTA can always see who did what.
Nothing, for PTAs, schools or parents. Here's how it's free.
Leafcutter is in early testing, so we're setting up PTAs and groups a few at a time. Tell us about yours and we'll be in touch.
